Lama Choedak Rinpoche will visit Adelaide to give instruction and guidance on Calm Abiding Meditation, this residential retreat is an excellent opportunity to learn and try out Calm Abiding Meditation techniques.

Shamatha, or Calm Abiding is based on a Tibetan Buddhist system of meditation and provides the foundation for all other meditation practices.
Suitable for people of all levels of experience, this retreat explicitly covers Shamatha philosophy & technique.

Rinpoche presents a structured, well-defined, graduated path and the 'long' weekend will include teaching, practice and discussion.  Calm Abiding Meditation suits people from all walks of life. It can be the greatest gift you give yourself,
