If we can embrace circumstances rather than react to them, we can discover goodness in the present space of our life. In this public talk Jakob presents the insights of the Buddha and his teachings on integrating these insights into our own existence. $15 waged / $10 concession Saturday 25th - 10am-4pm - Workshop Mastering Mind and Life - Foundations of Buddhism The Buddha taught how we can master our life. He taught how we have nothing to lose when we open ourselves and engage with the world. The practice of meditation provides the tools for familiarising ourselves with actually being present, as well as cultivating a greatness of mind that embraces life, as it is. This one day workshop with Jakob will balance mindfulness practice with discussions. $60 waged / $45 concession |
