Saturday 10th - Ushnishavijaya (Tib:Namgyalma)
Lama Choedak Rinpoche will bestow the empowerment of the Ushnishavijaya, and most importantly, teach the long Dharani mantra with extensive commentary on the Dharani and Sadhana. This is a precious gift of Lamdrepas to remove fear, anxiety, malice, confusion, depression and ill health.

"People are often left with feelings of inadequacy and defeat by their own failures, laziness, wrong deeds, bad conversation, and destructive emotions such as doubt, anger and judgement. They do not know how to achieve the feat of overcoming such inner darkness. Vijaya means victorious. How do we gain inner victory? Ushnishavijaya is a popular manifestation of Buddha’s crown (ushnisha) from which he has dominion over the world and its obstacles. We need to know how to step up and put the problems under our feet, instead of being overwhelmed by them. When faced with many such obstacles Ngorchen Kunga Sangpo had a vision of Ushnishvijaya which quelled all outer and inner problems. Subsequently he introduced the recitation of the long Dharani of Ushnishvijaya before each Lamdre teaching session."

Sunday 11th - Medicine Buddha (The Enlightened Doctor)
